We ship within the USA & US military addresses.
Phone & online purchases accept Visa or Mastercard.
Mail order purchases accept personal check or bank issued money order.
Orders ship in a white standard postal box with no reference to the contents or company. The invoice is located inside the box. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.
Shipping & handling charge starts at $6.93.
We ship with UPS or USPS.
3 shipping options:
Ground shipping will take 3-7 business days.
3 Day shipping will take 3 business days.
Overnight shipping will take 2 business days.
The only shipping option available for Military Bases, PO boxes, Hawaii and Alaska is ground shipping via USPS.
The correct billing address is required for a transaction to complete. We can not process an order where the billing address entered does not match the cardholder's address. If the address verification does not match, you will see a notice that informs you that the order was not completed. Please note we never share or distribute any of your billing or shipping information with anyone else. Address verification is an electronic process.

If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed asking if you want to wait or cancel the backorder.
Undeliverable Packages
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. In the event a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the subtotal will be refunded back to your card. We cannot refund the shipping charge as it is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers.Return Policy
All penis pumps & rings are covered by a 90 day manufacturer's warranty. If the pump does not work, return it to us within 90 days for a refund or replacement.Please follow the return instructions that are located at the top of the invoice paper that came inside the box.
Write if you want a replacement or refund on the invoice paper and include that with your return. You may return the item in the original shipping box.
If the pump does not work: Did you use lubricant? Did you trim your pubic hair? A penis pump may not work properly if you are not using lubricant on the sleeve and have not trimmed the pubic hair at the base of the shaft. Please be sure to try these 2 things before returning.
