Shipping and Return Policy
We ship to the USA and US military addresses and we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Standard shipping orders are processed and normally shipped within one business day. Priority is given to 3-day and overnight orders and these will always be shipped the next business day, provided that the items are in stock.
We ship orders in a standard postal box with no reference to the contents or company, it is discreet for your privacy. The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.
The shipping and handling charge starts at $6.93.
We ship with UPS or USPS.
There are three shipping options you may chose from:
Ground shipping will take 3-7 business days.
3 Day shipping will take 3 business days.
Overnight shipping will take 2 business days.
The only shipping option available for Military Bases, PO boxes, Hawaii and Alaska is ground shipping via USPS.
We require the correct billing address to be entered during the checkout process, this is purely for the billing process as we employ address verification to prevent fraudulent charges. We can not process an order where the billing address entered does not match the cardholder's address. If the address verification does not match, you will see a notice that informs you that the order was not completed.
Your credit card will be billed by "Legend Sales 856-382-0628" for your privacy.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include the correct email address so you can receive your order confirmation. Please check your bulk/spam bin if you do not see it in your inbox. We will not send any other emails not regarding your order and we do not share your email address with anyone else.
If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed regarding the backorder and once the item arrives in stock, your order will be shipped. The email will be sent from our company LegendSales.net, not PenisPumpWarehouse.com.
We strongly suggest a physical address (not a P.O. box number) for orders of higher value so the package can have delivery confirmation.
Undeliverable Packages
Please verify that your billing and shipping information entered is correct. Incorrect shipping information may delay the processing of your order. An undeliverable package is a package that was returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event that this occurs, we refund the subtotal back to your card. We cannot refund the shipping charge as it is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers. We cannot re-ship the order, you must place the order again.Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, heath regulations prohibit the return of personal products. For sanitary reasons, all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.This gives our customers peace of mind knowing they have not been sold a previously used and returned item.
We take our customer's health seriously, any item returned is immediately thrown in the garbage, this is why we cannot issue a refund even if an item is returned.
All products are covered by a 90 day manufacturer's warranty, if you have a defective product, please follow the return instructions that are located at the top of the invoice paper that came inside the box. Make sure to keep your original inovice and the shipping box until you know the pump works.
The manufacturer will only provide warranty replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return. If you do not have the original box and the invoice, we are unable to honor the warranty replacement or refund.
If it has been within 90 days, we will gladly replace any unused defective product with the same product. In the event of a defect please email here and include your name, the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
