Does it work?

Upon closer inspection, the cylinder is actually in 2 interconnected pieces. Around the base of the internal section are parallel 2 rubber O rings which slide up and down as thew cylinder retracts and expands. As such, pushing the cylinder up and down along the tracks does require manual force therefore we would not suggest this vacuum pump for men with a weak grip. When you extend the cylinder, it twists into a locking mechanism on the track of the cylinder.

A Unique Sleeve:

There is an extra thick silicone donut that inserts into the cylinder base for the best in pumping comfort. The sleeve extends 4 inches into the cylinder, the vacuum causes the silicone sleeve to hug your penis for great comfort while you pump. It is easily the thickest and squishiest sleeve out of all our penis pumps. The base measures 2 1/2 inches wide, the silicone donut opening measures 1 inch wide and easily stretches to accommodate any penis size under 2 1/2 inches in girth.

Bigger Bulb at the Top:

Features a removable hand bulb with quick release valve on the bulb that sits on the top of the cylinder, this unique design keeps it in place and makes it easy to hold the pump steady over your penis. The bulb is about 25% larger then a typical penis pump bulb which reduces the repetitions required to create vacuum. The quick release button is located on the base.

The position of the bulb also has a secondary benefit of allowing one handed use. Typically, an extra hand will be required to hold down a cylinder over the groin whereas in this case pressing the bulb in an all-in-one action keeping the pump pressed against the groin and sucking out the air at the same time.
