Does it work?

Upon closer inspection, the cylinder comprises of 2 interconnected pieces. Two parallel rubber O rings inset around the bottom of the internal section slide up and down as the cylinder retracts and expands. Pushing the cylinder up and down along the tracks does require manual force; therefore, we would not suggest this vacuum pump for men with a weak grip. When the cylinder extends, it twists into a locking mechanism on the track of the cylinder.

A Unique Sleeve:

An extra thick silicone donut inserts 4 inches into the cylinder base for the best hugging comfort. It is easily the thickest and squishiest sleeve out of all penis vacuum pumps for ED. The base measures 2 1/2 inches wide, the silicone donut opening measures 1 inch wide and easily stretches to accommodate any penis size under 2 1/2 inches in girth. At a mere 4 inches long, this vacuum pump is the easiest to hide. When extended, the cylinder measures 6 3/4 inches long with 6 1/2 inches insertable.

Bigger Bulb at the Top:

Features a removable hand bulb with quick release valve on the bulb that sits on the top of the cylinder. This unique design keeps it in place and makes it easy to hold it steadily on the groin. The bulb is about 25% larger than a typical penis pump bulb which reduces the repetitions required to create a vacuum. The quick release button is on the base of the bulb; the second photograph demonstrates the location.

The position of the bulb also has a secondary benefit of allowing one-handed use. Typically, an extra hand must be employed to hold down the device, whereas in this case pressing the bulb in an all-in-one action both holds and squeezing the bulb at the same time.
